Who these apply to
These terms cover anyone using https://www.sigmalogicai.com. Using the site means you accept them. They are between you and Sigma Logic AI, Dover, Delaware, USA.
What the articles are
General guidance drawn from experience, published so it can be checked and argued with. They are not professional advice for your situation, and they are certainly not legal, tax or regulatory advice. Where an article touches a legal question it says so and points you at somebody qualified.
Where an article states a figure, it states where the figure came from. Where it reasons from experience rather than measurement, it says that too. Read them accordingly: nothing here has been validated against your data, your volumes or your constraints.
What the calculators are
The tools under /tools perform arithmetic on figures you supply. Their output is only as good as those inputs, and every one of them shows its formula and its assumptions on the same page for exactly that reason.
They are decision support, not decisions. Two things they deliberately do not do: predict your results, and account for the parts of your situation they never asked about. Where a calculator uses a default rate from a third party, that rate is editable and dated, and it may be out of date the day after we check it.
We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a calculator output. Verify anything material before you spend money on it.
Content and copying
The articles, diagrams and calculators are ours. Quote them, cite them, link to them and argue with them freely - that is what they are for, and attribution with a link is all we ask. Republishing them wholesale, or passing them off as your own work, is not on.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove anything on it without notice. If you find something wrong, tell us at contact@sigmalogicai.com and we will fix it.

We link to third-party sites where it is useful - vendor pricing pages, documentation, source material. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they contain or what they do with your data once you get there.
Engagements
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, timelines and deliverables described here are indicative. Actual work is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, which sets out scope, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability - and which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
